We have designed and delivered a training programme to help the consultants build their core technical skills, whilst at the same time introducing them to new Consultative Selling methods.
The current revenue performance shows 98% YOY growth with net profit up 67%.
We have helped them with their due diligence having identified several potential small tuck in acquisitions, one acquisition target has now been successfully integrated into the group.
Our current engagement has been to introduce the “Shadow of the Leader” programme to the staff, demonstrating how they can take responsibility for improving key improvements areas within their business.
