Our client has award winning products and state of the art technical developments, now they want the best National Business Development team to take their products to market.

 

With the introduction of a new management team and fresh business development faces the client felt they needed support to ensure the investment brought quick results. Our brief was clear to provide a bespoke programme which would introduce Key Account Business Development skills to achieve success at National Account level and a programme which would build team rapport and bond the new team into a stronger unit.

 

If you met the team you would never know they had only been together for six months, our workshops have helped them understand both their own and their team mates personality characteristics, identifying differing styles and demonstrating how to slot with each other.

 

This work has also helped them pin point their potential clients’ styles and how to approach new business meetings. Their products sell into both the Private and Public sector so our programme has targeted the characteristics of each sector and through a series of workshops has enabled the team to develop their sector  “Winners”, this work has led to a significant improvement in YOY new business results.
